コーヒー農家を団結させる目的から、アスマン・アリアント氏によって設立されたリバン・ガヨ・ムサラ組合は、2022年世界で最も有名なコーヒー品評会と言われるCOEで、見事１位を獲得しました。
今回のご紹介豆は、生産量の多さからCOEには出品できませんでしたが、入賞したロットと同じ加工方法で同等のクオリティを目指して作られたコーヒー豆です。
弾けるようなフルーツフレーバーと白ワインのような芳醇な香り、春らしいお花を感じさせるフレーバーも持ち合わせています。
